Front office

Luxoise Apartments is a young, creative real estate company based in Berlin-Friedrichshain. We specialize in renting out furnished designer apartments and are looking for a full-time employee (40 hours/week) to support our international team in marketing, renting, and managing our apartment complex.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in customer service or front office work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • You complement your well-groomed appearance with polite and respectful manners.
  • You are fluent in both German and English – additional languages are, of course, a great advantage.
  • Your time flexibility (sometimes including weekends) should be accompanied by high resilience; even in stressful situations, you manage to prioritize a variety of tasks while always keeping the well-being of our guests in mind.
  • Daily operations are planned in close coordination with colleagues. Therefore, in addition to having a structured and independent working style, you should also have a high level of teamwork skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • In addition to regular reception duties, you are responsible for administrative processing. This means you will handle both front and back-office tasks.
  • You will be one of the first points of contact for our demanding international clientele. The responsibility of always representing both yourself and the apartments professionally is part of your duties. Close cooperation with the maintenance and cleaning teams also falls under your area of responsibility, as well as the inspection of the apartments.
  • You will handle various ongoing tasks, including complaint management, reporting any kind of problems to the appropriate departments, etc.
  • You will also manage price adjustments, stay in contact with, and maintain our OTA (Online Travel Agencies) profiles.
